नया सत्र प्रारम्भ होने को है
मेरी ओर से नव सत्र की कोटि कोटि शुभकामनाएं
अवकाश के बाद नई शुरुआत के लिए कुछ सुझाव प्रेषित हैं।
1, हमे भी निजी विद्यालयों की तरह प्रोफेशनल तरीकों से योजना बनाकर काम करना चाहिए।
2, प्रथम दिवस से ही एक अच्छे काउंसलिंग एक्सपर्ट को प्रवेश हेल्प डेस्क बनाकर बिठाओ जो हर कक्षा के प्रवेश फॉर्म भरवाकर सम्बन्धित कक्षाध्यापक तक भेज दे।
3, बीच मे फुर्सत मिले तब वो अस्थायी प्रवेश व प्रथम चरण सर्वे वाले विद्यार्थियों के अभिभावकों से फोन कर सम्पर्क करें।
4, विद्यार्थियों को मिलने वाली सभी सुविधाओं को अच्छी तरह से समझाये, विशेषकर केवल राजकीय विद्यालयों में मिलने वाली छात्रवृति ,लेपटॉप,साइकिल योजना आदि, इसके अलावा NCC, NSS के लाभ भी बताएं।
5, किसी भी निजी विद्यालय की बुराई गिनाने की बजाय अपनी विशेषताएं, अध्यापकों की योग्यताएं बताने पर ही जोर दे, नकारात्मक की बजाय सकारात्मक प्रभाव बनाएं।
6, प्रथम दिवस से ही पढ़ाई शुरू करें, अगर 15 दिन ढोल नगाड़े बजाते, रैली निकालने में ही उलझे रहे तो प्रतिभावान विद्यार्थी हाथ से निकल जाएंगे।
7, आपके पास निजी विद्यालयों से आने वाले अच्छे विद्यार्थी 10,15 दिन आपकी पढ़ाई, अनुशासन देखने आते हैं, अगर उनको ये 15 दिन अच्छी पढ़ाई के नही मिले तो वो वापस चले जाते हैं।
8, हमें गणित, विज्ञान, अंग्रेजी जैसे विषयों के अध्यापकों को कक्षाओं में रखना चाहिए, अन्य अध्यापक जो जनसम्पर्क के माहिर हैं उनको प्रचार प्रसार के मैदान में उतारें।
9, अध्यापकों को चाहिए कि शुरू में सरल व रोचक टॉपिक्स पढ़ाये, हल्का आसान गृह कार्य दें, पढ़ाई के साथ ही प्रति दिन विद्यार्थियों से प्रतिदिन सस्नेह सामान्य वार्तालाप भी करें, ताकि अध्यापक का भय नही उसका इंतजार रहे।
10, अध्यापकों को प्रचार प्रसार के लिए आधे आधे दिन के लिए बांट दें ताकि वो अपनी कुछ कक्षाएं भी लें तथा जनसम्पर्क का फीडबेक भी प्रतिदिन आपको मिल सके।
11, भामाशाहों से सम्पर्क कर जरूरतमन्द विद्यार्थियों की फीस व गणवेश की सुविधा पहले से रखें तथा पात्र की पहचान कर उसे लाभान्वित करें,इसका प्रचार प्रसार भी करें, जैसे हम सभी छात्राओं की फीस नही लेते, कोई भी छात्र भी निवेदन करे तो उससे भी नही लेते, कोई भी छात्र, छात्रा मांग करे तो सभी को गणवेश का कपड़ा देते हैं,ओर मेरा अनुभव है कि वास्तविक जरूरतमंद ही मांग करते है इसलिए हम कोई प्रार्थना पत्र या पात्रता निर्धारण नही करते।
12, विद्यालय रंग रोगन, स्वच्छता, पानी, बिजली, एल इ डी,पंखे, ग्रीनबोर्ड आदि सुविधाएं प्रथम दिवस को ही सही होनी चाहिए, इन पर अभिभावक भी प्रवेश के समय ही ज्यादा ध्यान देते हैं।
13, प्रतिदिन प्रार्थना सभा बहुत प्रभावशाली, रोचक हो, एक दो अध्यापक का रोचक संबोधन हो तथा संस्था प्रधान का प्रभावी संबोधन रोज हो जिसमें विद्यार्थियों से भी फीडबेक लिया जाए व अपनी वार्षिक योजना से अवगत करवाये, ये बताया जाए कि उनका इस विद्यालय को चयन का निर्णय सही है।
14, रोज छुट्टी के बाद 15 मिनट की स्टाफ मीटिंग 15 जुलाई तक जरूर करें, जिसमे प्रतिदिन की प्रोग्रेस व आगामी दिवस की कार्ययोजना बनाई जाए।
15, जुलाई अंत तक रिक्त पद, सुविधाओं के अभाव का रोना किसी के सामने नही रोएं, ये बाते वर्ष भर करते रहेंगे।
16, उच्च अधिकारियों द्वारा जारी आदेश हमें कई बार अव्यवहारिक लगते हैं, लेकिन ये कभी नही भूलें कि उनकी सोच व योजना हमेशा अपने व विद्यालयों के हित में होती है, बस कई बार फील्ड की आवश्यकताए व परिस्थितियां अलग होती है, उनके लिए हमें फीडबेक उच्च अधिकारियों को व्यक्तिगत सम्पर्कों या संगठनों के माध्यम से देते रहना चाहिए।
17, अंतिम व महत्वपूर्ण ,,,संस्थाप्रधान तानाशाही माहौल नही बनाये, सामूहिक उत्तरदायित्व व नेतृत्व का माहौल विकसित करें, अच्छे कार्मिक की सबके सामने प्रशंसा करें,जिसकी कमी दिखे उसे अकेले में समझाएं।
अपने आप को उनका हितेषी मार्गदर्शक साबित करें पर कामचोर व ज्यादा होशियार को अवगत भी करवादें कि जरूरत पड़ी तो कड़ी कार्रवाई भी कर सकते है।
