पर क्लिक करें और शिकायत के लिए
पोर्टल पर शिकायत दर्ज करें पर क्लिक करें और
उसके बाद खुलने वाले पेज पर लिखी सारी शर्ते पढ
लेवें और Register पर क्लिक करें और अपने
मोबाईल नम्बर उसमें डाले और ऑटिपी भेज दे
ऑटिपी नम्बर जो आपके मोबाईल पर आये है
उसमें डाले और Verify करें और उसके बाद
आप अपना नाम डाले और फिर अपनी शिकायत
का विवरण डाले और अपने दस्तावेज अटेच करें
और सबमीट कर देवे इस प्रकार से आपकी
शिकायत दर्ज हो जाएगी
ई-मित्र मे आ रही प्रॉब्लम की शिकायत दर्ज करवाने हेतु दिशा निर्देश

आपका टिकट generate हो चूका है नये टिकट के लिए new ticket पर क्लिक करे
टिकट का status सर्च के लिय सर्च बटन पर क्लिक करे और अपने टिकट की स्थिति पता करने के लिय show ticket बटन पर क्लिक करे|
